Walker Lane Corporate Overview
Walker Lane Exploration, Inc.’s focus is early-stage exploration of gold and silver prospects within the prolific Walker Lane Belt which is a structural and mineralized trend extending over 300 miles from Southern Nevada through Tonopah-Goldfield and the Comstock and into northeastern California. The company is managed by a group of seasoned professionals with expertise in corporate management, geology, exploration, finance and investor relations.
Walker Lane’s Projects
Walker Lane currently has a number of high-grade gold and silver properties – the Pyramid is located in Washoe County, and the Paradise Property in the historic Paradise Peak Mining District. The Nevada properties are located at the 5,000 ft. elevation making year-round access possible on well-maintained county and state roads. And power is available from transmission lines, which parallel both properties.
This property is located 30 miles north of Reno and consists of 10 lode claims on BLM land. The Property is located on the highest-grade structural zone within the Pyramid District. Samples within the Property typically are over 0.03opt Au and 1.0 opt Ag, but are as high as 0.73 opt Au and 21.0 opt Ag. These higher-grade samples represent bonanza grades that are generally indicative of large mineral systems like the Comstock. No drilling has been conducted in the higher Ag-Au center of the District, which the Pyramid Property is located on.
The Paradise Property
The property is an epithermal gold-silver mineral system located in the historic Paradise Peak Mining District in the Walker Lane region and consists of two claimblocks that are centered on an east-west structural zone that is thought related to the Paradise Peak Mine pit just one mile to the west and on a northwest structural zone to the southwest of the Ketchup Flat pit.
