Herb Duerr, Geo., President and Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Herb Duerr’s work history in the mining sector spans 40 years, having worked for Selection Trust’s US subsidiary from 1974-1979. In late 1979 he helped start US Minerals Exploration, a junior mining company on the OTC with Gary Grauberger and left in 1983. In 1984 Duerr helped start WX Syndicate with John Prochnau. This venture was funded by a group of Northgate companies and operated until 1989 when the syndicate’s interests were bought by Bow Valley Industries. In 1990 Prochnau and Mr. Duerr started a new company which eventually went public on the London AIM stock exchange. The new company, Brancote was eventually bought out by Meridian Gold (now Yamana). In 1990 Mr. Eliopulos, Mr. Prochnau and Mr. Duerr started a private company, Nevada Mine Properties. The company was bought by Mr. Ross Beaty in 1992 (Equinox Resources). In 1993 Mr. Duerr helped start another private company, Nevada Mine Properties II. In 1994 he started a private company, Desert Pacific Exploration, with his wife Naomi. This company was started in order to hold projects from the Brancote period and to use as a consulting vehicle. In 1998 Mr. Duerr helped start MinQuest, a private holding company, with Richard Kern. All of the companies are still active. Because of associations with lessees and optionees of the various projects held by the above listed private companies, Mr. Duerr has been an officer or director in many companies listed on the TSX and OTC. These include director positions in American Copper, American Consolidated Minerals, Canamex, Iconic, Patriot Gold, St Georges Platinum and Base Metals, and others. He obtained his BS in Geology from Florida Atlantic University with additional classes from the University of Nevada, Reno and University of Illinois. He is a Certified Professional Geologist with AIPG. Mr. Duerr has been involved in the early stages of several discoveries including:

• Bruner, Nevada – MinQuest/Patriot Gold prefeasibility completed by Canamex
Eric Stevenson, Secretary, VP Business Development
Mr. Stevenson is a seasoned executive with over 47 years’ experience. Since October 2010 he has worked as President of Price Target Media, Inc, a full-service investor relations agency that specialized in the natural resources sector. From May 2009 to Sept. 2010 Mr. Stevenson was the Publisher of World City Press, Inc. an independent Internet broad news publisher that served 210 major market cities in the U.S., Canada, Great Britain, Scotland and Ireland, managing a news staff of 107 reporters worldwide. From January 2002 through April 2009 Mr. Stevenson was the Editor-in-Chief of AXcess News, a 92-city U.S. broad news publisher. From January 1992 through January 2002 Mr. Stevenson served as President of Axiom Capital Corporation, a full-service financial corporate development organization. From 1992 through 1994 Mr. Stevenson also served as President of the Eurdition Institute, a privately held company that provided research services for companies preparing for registration. From January 1990 through December 2001 Mr. Stevenson served as the Senior Research Analyst to 1st Nebraska Securities in Lincoln NE. From January 1986 to January 1990 Mr. Stevenson served as the Marketing Director to Unisource Equities, a management consulting firm engaged in diverse corporate development services for both domestic and foreign businesses. From January 1981 through January 1986 Mr. Stevenson served as President for Columbia Universal Financial Services, a Washington-based mortgage originator and brokerage firm that specialized in hard-to-place home mortgages. From January 1979 through January 1981 Mr. Stevenson served as the Assistant Director to the Los Angeles Opera Company, a non-profit community organization for cultural development.
Ted R. Sharp, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sharp is President of Sharp Executive Associates, Inc., a privately held accounting firm located in Nampa, Idaho, which provides CFO services to clients. Prior to 2003, he worked for 14 years in positions of Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director of European Operations, and Corporate Controller for Key Technology, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of capital goods based in Walla Walla, Washington. From 1981 to 1989, Mr. Sharp worked in both public accounting and private industry. He holds a B.A. degree from Boise State University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Washington and Idaho.
Quentin Browne, Director
Mr. Quentin J. Browne has more than 30 years professional experience in precious and base-metal exploration and mining in the western US, Mexico, South America (Chile, Peru, Bolivia, French Guiana) and eastern Canada. He received a BA degree (Geology) from the California State University, Chico in 1983, and a M.Sc. (Economic Geology) from the University of Idaho in 1989. Quentin is a QP (P. Geo.) as defined by NI 43-101 and has been employed by several major mining companies including Noranda, Rio Algom, Asarco, Teck Cominco, and Anglo American. He has worked in underground and open-pit operations for copper, gold, and industrial minerals. Quentin has designed and supervised regional exploration programs and participated in economic evaluations of advanced-stage mineral properties. During a 15-year period with Asarco, Quentin held positions as Senior Exploration Geologist in Chile, and Chief Geologist at the Silver Bell porphyry copper mine in Arizona. After leaving Asarco in 2003, Quentin joined Metallic Ventures Gold as the Chief Geologist at the Esmeralda underground gold-silver vein mine in Nevada. Quentin was a Senior Geologist with Teck Cominco’s US Exploration Department from 2005-2009. From 2010-2011 Quentin was a Senior Consultant for Kodiak/Prodigy Gold in eastern Canada and Bronco Creek Exploration in Arizona. From 2012-2014 Quentin was the US Exploration Manager for Anglo American Exploration (US) Inc., based in Tucson, Arizona. He has published papers on porphyry copper mineralization and co-authored several publications addressing diverse topics of Nevada geology and metal deposits.
Thomas Mancuso, Director
Mr. Mancuso currently holds the position of Managing Director for Consolidated Goldfields Corporation and operates his own company, Mancuso Resource Development Services, LLC. He has recently held the positions of Vice President Project Development for Teras Resources Inc. and President & CEO of Western Goldfields Inc. (now New Gold Inc.) where he was responsible for the purchase of the operating Mesquite gold/silver mine from Newmont Mining Corporation. Mr. Mancuso has also held the positions of Senior Geologist for Freeport McMoRan Gold Company and Chief Geologist for Kennecott Corporation He received his Masters of Science in Geology from the Idaho School of Mines at the University of Idaho and Bachelor of Science in Geology from Bowling Green State University.
