Phillip Allen – CEO & Chairman
With over two decades, Phil has provided leadership to start-up companies as a senior management, founder or consultant. He was involved at the senior management or consulting levels of a number of hi-tech companies that he facilitated taking public through reverse mergers. Phil has personally facilitated the structuring and start-up planning and funding for numerous clients throughout the United States, as well as the Peoples Republic of China. Through Strategic Development Partners, he has been responsible for the capital structure, staffing, seed/first stage funding and strategic planning for two major networks in China.
Iain Stewart, PhD – Vice President & Director
Since 2009, he has worked with Strategic Development Partners to mentor start-up companies in areas of technology and management. Prior to this, from 2006-2009, he was the Principal Technologist at Carrier Access (now Force 10) in developing cell site voice/data compression solutions for mobile carriers. From 2003-2006, Mr. Stewart provided direction, technical support and leadership for regional networks in China and India using a variety of transport solutions including fiber, power line and 4G wireless.
Keith Simon – CFO & Director
Throughout his career he has held senior management, finance and operations positions having worked for companies ranging from Citigroup/Smith Barney to the San Francisco 49ers. From 2004 through the present he has worked for SCS Development holding various positions such as Manager of Aviation Operations, Investment Advisor and property tax appeals coordinator. From 2002 through 2008 he worked for Citigroup/Smith Barney where his primary focus was serving as a financial and investment advisor.
Huntley B. Andrews – President & CEO, Xon Energy Resources Inc.
A 100% Subsidiary of Walker Lane Exploration Inc
As the founder, President and CEO of XON Energy Resources Inc., Huntley has been in the energy and commodities business for over 25 years. He has been responsible for the evaluation of oil and leases and for the company’s acquisitions. He has also managed various contractors for the reworking of a number oil and gas wells, and has worked with compliance documentation for the Texas Rail-Road commission. One of his main focuses has been to acquire small family oil and gas leases with production that will have a strong upside via upgrading and using the newest technology available to increase the production of the leases. Huntley will be working with wind and solar systems to supply energy for the company’s rigs and pumping systems, which will qualify Walker Lane for Carbon Credits under the UN rules.
David Hodges – Chairman, Advisory Board
David has a 20-year track record of success in leadership of dramatically growing oil and gas companies. Currently COO with Zavanna LLC, he has held responsibility for all day-to-day company operations including land, business development, geology and exploration, surface land, construction, drilling, completion and production operations with a 2014 budget of $350MM. His accomplishments include increasing company gross oil production from 3,000 BOE to over 25,000 BOE, implementing a field-wide artificial lift program increasing present value return by over 30%, and executing an enhanced drill out procedure which reduced completion time by 80% saving the company $40MM. Prior to Zanvanna, he held leadership positions with Ultra Petroleum. Halliburton and Schlumberger. David holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver.
